Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Web-Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. The information generated by Google Analytics about your use of this website (including your IP address) is stored by Google Inc. Google will only use this information to analyse the use of the website. Anonymous evaluations and graphs of number of visits, number of pages visited per user, etc. are created. We use these exclusively for the purposes of our own market research and, above all, for the optimisation and needs-based design of our websites. More information about Google Analytics can be found at www.google.com/analytics.

For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the provider and stored there. Your IP address is captured but immediately pseudonymised. As a result, only a rough localisation is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the "Privacy Shield" agreement between the EU and the USA.

Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

As an affected person, you have the right to information. If you believe that your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask for rectification or amendment. In addition, you have the right to request a deletion of data that you think is wrongly processed (if we have no right or obligation to further process such data, we will immediately comply with such a request). Furthermore, you have the right to demand the restriction of processing or objection to the processing, as well as to submit a complaint to the data protection authority, www.dsb.gv.at.
